Cancellation Policy
I value your time and appreciate your business at LoneStar Luxe Tans! To ensure the best experience for all of my clients, I kindly ask that you adhere to our cancellation policy.
• Cancellations/Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to accommodate other clients and manage my schedule efficiently.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will incur a 50% service fee.
• No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, a 100% service fee will be charged.
• Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, I may need to reschedule, and a late cancellation fee may apply.
